Instead of abandoning what I was doing yesterday and trying something completely new, I decided to try to change the draw on my spinning and see if I could improve the resulting yarn. It worked...a bit longer draw, a much looser grasp on the fiber in hand, and just a tad less twist resulted in a much loftier yarn. Now if I can only thin it down just a hair more, I'll have what I want.
Bonus: the bobbin is full now, and I can empty it with a clear conscience. Now to choose something interesting for tomorrow....
