And again, it's been forever since I've blogged. This school year has been the most intense ever--too many students, too few who care about grades, too much drama in their lives, and too little time for spinning and weaving. Well, no not entirely!...

The big news--a new spinning machine is on it's way to me...more when it arrives so I don't jinx it!

The most fun I've had lately fiber-wise....the French teacher brought some 7th & 8th grade students over to visit. Annie showed them how to spin on a wheel and I had my students show them what raw fiber looked like under a microscope. I also taught them how to twist fiber into yarn and they made friendship bracelets. They were too cute--and they sent over thank you notes!
